Athletic Kenya fourth league at Afraha stadium curtain closed on Staurday afternoon in a two days event that started on friday.
The event was graced by Deputy Governor of Nakuru county David Kones, AK president Jack Tuwei, Barnabas Korir, among other officials.
The pounding of the rains did not stop athletes to showcase their prowess as many people believe rains are blessings on the newly blue tartan track as the road to Tokyo gain moment , many athletes tried their grind in different races as a way of preparation and training to get a slot in Team Kenya .
It was new thing as Nakuru was graced with high end of elite athletes current and former ,some seated at the pavilion while others move around the stadium to get a glimpse of their colleagues and encourage upcoming athletes
