Korir received stiff competition from Kenyan -born Bahraini Eunice chumba to clinch the title clocking 2.22.30.
She said the race was good but the weather conditions were not favourable.
“It was good though humidity was to high, am glad I was able to win against a strong team on the course.” Said Korir former Venice marathon champion.
Korir added that she is going to rest now being her last race for the season.
Chumba was placed second clocking 2.26.01, while Uganda's Immaculate chemutai was third to close the top three as she was timed 2.28.30.
In mens race Ekiru emerged the winner clocking 2.06.13,followed in a distant by Tanzanian Alphonse Simbu clocking 2.07.50,the defending champion Reuben was placed third timing 2.08.25.
