Sharon Chelimo and Elijah Cheruiyot won the Eldama Ravine Half marathon titles yesterday in Baringo County.
Chelimo from West Pokot beat her opponents to lift the women title in 72:55.57 beating Elgeyo Marakwet’s Catherine Reline to second in 73:15.90 and Uasin Gishu’s Jackline Chekal timed 73:36.43 in third.
In men's category, Cheuiyot from Uasin Gishu won in 63:30.25 ahead of Bungoma’s Titus Mbishei 63:35.43 and Nakuru’s Leonard Langat 63:36.56 who finished second and third respectively.
